He will spend about an hour with you to explain your will and to teach you the meaning of terms such as: probate estate/non-probate estate; executor/administrator; and trustee/guardian. When your will is signed, you will know that your have accomplished three objectives: (1) named someone to be in charge; (2) directed who shall receive your assets; and, (3) above all, did your best to leave peace with your family.
